The appointment of a national commissioner for the PRAGA 2008 exhibition
On Monday, 25 September 2006, all philatelic unions belonging to the FIP were sent letters with a request for the appointment of a national commissioner for the PRAGA 2008 exhibition. In view of the plan to issue Bulletin No. 1 before the end of this year, the exhibition committee has requested that individual unions send the name of the national commissioner by 25 October.
